Radhey plays like The-Outlaws-Meat-Durbar-Meat-Many-Masala-Films. The entry of Rajveer Shikwat or Radhey (Salman Khan) will embarrass the superheroes. Who needs Spider-Man or Superman when Radhe enters like a tornado and is left to recreate what has happened at the receiving end. The anti-science entry is intended solely for mass superhero films, which is set to please fans in theaters.

As theaters remain closed in many parts of the country, Salman keeps his almost annual date with Eid this time through ZeePlex.
Radhe’s fame is before her arrival. He is credited with 97 encounters and has been transferred 23 times. No task is challenging for him and he unnecessarily throws a punch line ‘once committed, he does not even listen’. This is a role from which Salman can sleep.
If that’s not enough, Diya (Disha Patani) believes that Radhe is an aspiring model and suggests her for modeling and body language. Ghajini someone? Disha is saddened by a ‘cute but downright dumb’ character.
Megha Akash and Bharata are kept in the background as the youth police. At least Megha gets two scenes to make her appearance.
There is not much to be interested in the film, but for Rana (Randeep Hooda), who proves to be elusive and a tough nut for Radhe too. But their face-to-face falls flat, especially in the pre-interval segment. Many Tamil and Telugu masala films can be recalled that have got these pre-intermittent conflicts right, though the story may be repetitive or generic.
Rana bites anyone who obstructs his path. But there is not enough cat and mouse game between Radhe and Rana to keep us tied. Radhey’s simple ‘I will clean the city’ (even referring to Swachh Bharat) Radhey’s comment and Rana’s grin.
The story of Radhe is everywhere and you hardly care about what is happening on screen. Dance numbers are cast including the much-hyped ‘Seti Maar’ (originally composed for Telugu film DJs).
One of the biggest puzzles is the character of Jackie Shroff. He leads through the film with a ‘script has said so’ behavior.
Radhe is bland and indifferent, with nothing new to try in the realm of star-led masala entertainers.
